Explanation. The church of Jesus Christ should be the safest place on earth. For to the extent that that is not already the case, it is up to us to do everything we can to promote that security. As a Life Force congregation, we recognize that this safety must be an ongoing point of attention and requires prevention to especially vulnerable groups, such as children, young people, refugees and women. Dealing with each as Jesus did did is our foundation, we look to Jesus. Consequently, many congregations and churches are already taking the necessary measures for this purpose. Also we condemn transgressive behavior and speak out against abuse in pastoral or other relationships. To this end, much expertise and help is available in our congregation and beyond.
