Explanation.<\/span><\/strong>\r\nThe church of Jesus Christ should be the safest place on earth. For \r\n<\/span>to the extent that that is not already the case, it is up to us to do everything we can to promote that\r\nsecurity.<\/span>\r\n\r\nAs a Life Force congregation, we recognize that this safety must be an ongoing point of\r\nattention and requires prevention to especially vulnerable groups, such as\r\nchildren, young people, refugees and women. Dealing with each as Jesus did\r\ndid is our foundation, we look to Jesus.<\/span>\r\n\r\nConsequently, many congregations and churches are already taking the necessary measures for this purpose. Also\r\nwe condemn transgressive behavior and speak out against abuse in\r\npastoral or other relationships.<\/span>\r\nTo this end, much expertise and help is available in our congregation and beyond.<\/span>\r\n\r\nOur congregation.<\/span><\/strong>\r\nWe have in our congregation an Internal Contact Couple, who as\r\nconfidants are the point of contact for Safe Church. These are Wiek & Nell\r\nBrugmans\/ ltmbrugmans@gmail.com<\/a><\/span>\/ nellbrugmans@live.nl<\/span><\/a>, tel. no. 06-27001689\/ 06-\r\n45009235. With them you can too for advice and will refer you to\r\npeople who can help you further. They are also the ones who bring Safe Church\r\nregularly bring to everyone's attention.\r\n<\/span>\r\n\"\"<\/span>\r\nThe VPE and Safe Church and Regional Counselors.<\/span><\/strong>\r\nAs a congregation, we are members of the VPE and can always use<\/span>\r\nmake use of the expertise and information available there.
